M: 1/11/16- WOD/Bell Work: write down 3 goals and in a 5 minute quickwrite discuss how you will accompish those goals for the next semester.
Paper Bag assignment: Students will write accordingly, decorate, and organize their bag based on the criteria of what goals, college and aspirations they have, notes on projector. Read and annotate excerpt about ecological awareness, and discuss as a class.

Students will present their bags in the middle of their groups while their class mates will grade them accordingly to a rubric on how they deliver their "College Bags." At the end, collect grades of classmates and bags, watch a 5 min. clip on effective strategies for public speaking.
