* Make a poster with group of 3-4 classmates based on the facts from the article and reflect on what has AVID done for you. Last 15 minutes of class classmates will write on the white board around class mate of their characteristics and with AVID shirt on will take a picture of each student individiually (Motivation Friday Activity).

M 12/7: Socratic Seminar: Economic question in regards to minimum wage and should it go up, why or why not?
Break into groups, and prepare to get into organized two circles to begin. Keep notes of article and resources on desk in order to facilitate your group discussion. Near the end, pass out paper of socratic seminar questions and work on the first two. Reflection on our seminar
